Are there existing models to help students understand project expectations?

asked 2019-02-14 15:34:18 -0600

My students are having trouble understanding exactly what is expected of them when they go in to edit existing articles, and I'd like to provide some examples of what they might do. I found the grading rubric, but I'd really like to show my students an example of the kind of edits they might make. Something like a before-and-after, or an exemplary article with authorship highlighting, to show what was added. I'm not interested in grading—I just want to help them see what they're meant to be doing.

Questions like these are best handled by getting in touch with the Wikipedia student program manager by email. I have passed this onto her, and she will get in touch with you.
