Day of week assignments are due

All of my course assignments are due on Wednesdays, but I have been unable to trigger this by changing information about my course as I work on the timeline. Is there any way to have a week go from Thursday through Wednesday in regard to assignments?

I found that by editing each individual assignment or in class activity, I can set my own due dates.
