How can I recover my draft?
Help! My draft is gone! What can I do to recover it? Why was it deleted?

Before assuming your draft is gone, do the following:
- Make sure that you're logged in. If you're not, you likely won't see your sandbox/draft under your edit history.
- Check your edit history. Sometimes drafts get moved around by you, a classmate, educator, or another editor.
- Ask yourself, did you make your draft while you weren't logged in? It's very important that you always log in before making edits in order to keep your edit history intact. You may be able to check the IP edit history when you're not logged in. Be careful, as IP addresses can change depending on what Internet provider is being used at a given location. Some may even have a service that changes their IP address regularly.
If the draft was deleted, you can ask the deleting administrator to restore the page for you. If the page was deleted for plagiarism or copyright violations, the article is unlikely to be restored. However, you may ask for a copy to be sent to your email address (as long as you have this enabled) so you can work on fixing the draft's issues.
