How can I find my sandbox page on Wikipedia? Do I have to do anything to activate or launch it?

You don't have to do anything special to launch or activate your sandbox - it will be automatically created once you sign up for an account.

When you are logged in on en.wikipedia.org, you can find a link to your sandbox page at the top right:
