Can I use this dashboard if my university is not in the USA?

Referring to the dashboard.wikiedu.org, can I use it if I teach a course outside USA? --~~~~

dashboard.wikiedu.org is only available for courses at US or Canadian universities. However, outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org is currently (as of July 2016) in "alpha" status and can be used for courses that are outside of Wiki Education Foundation's scope. It lacks some of the features of dashboard.wikiedu.org, including the edits that automatically get made on-wiki, but the tracking features will work the same way.
