How can you make the toolbar move with the article as you edit on an iPad?
As above. Everytime I try to add citation, the place where I want it gets lost as I scroll up to the toolbar.

Before you scroll up to the toolbar, make sure you have tapped the spot where you want to insert your reference. As long as you don’t click anywhere else in the edit window before hit the cite button, the citation will be inserted where you wanted it to be.
