Which page should I use — the dashboard page or the Wikipedia page?

You should use the dashboard page.

The Wikipedia page is automatically updated from the dashboard, and is intended to make sure up-to-date course information and links are available from within Wikipedia. Any changes made directly to the Wikipedia page will be overwritten by the later automatic dashboard edits.
