I just received a notification saying my userpage is "patrolled." What does that mean?

First, don't worry. Volunteer editors constantly patrol changes to articles and other spaces. When they review an edit from a new editor that doesn't have any major problems, they mark it as 'patrolled' so other volunteers don't check the same edit again. There's nothing you need to do when receiving this notification.
