My named references aren’t appearing. Help!

What probably happened is that you left a ref tag open somewhere. A common way that happens is when you type <ref name="something"> when you meant to type <ref name="something"/>. The software thinks that everything after that is part of the reference, and keeps looking until it finds a </ref> tag. And the next couple sections disappear, despite the fact that you can clearly see them in the wikicode of the page.
