Using VisualEditor, click on the Insert menu and select Media from the drop-down. Use the search bar to find the image you want to insert (if you have found the image already, you can enter the file name into the search bar). After selecting the image, add a caption and click 'Insert' to use the image in your article.
Using wikicode, find the file on Wikimedia Commons and click on the Use this file button above the image. (Use the one to the right, with the W icon.) Paste the text produced into your article.

Using VisualEditor, click
Select "Edit" on your draft or on the Insert menu live article space, then select "Insert."
From there, select "Media" and select Media from the drop-down. a pop up will occur. Use the search bar to find the image you want to insert (if you have found the image already, you can enter the file name into the search bar).
After selecting the image, add a caption and click 'Insert' to use the image in your article.
Make sure you "Save Changes" and leave an edit summary and you're done!
