The timeline consists of a set of weeks (each of which can have one or more blocks of content, such as in-class activities or assignments). The dates for each week in the Timeline are determined from the Assignment Start and Assignment End dates that you enter as you begin planning your course, combined with the regular meeting days and class holidays you've set. The dates for each week go in order, starting from the Assignment Start date. Weeks that have no meeting days are automatically skipped. To change these dates:

  1. While logged in to dashboard.wikiedu.org, visit your course page and click the Timeline tab.
  2. Update the Assignment Start date to the date you want the Timeline to begin with.
  3. Select the days of the week on which your course meets, and use the calendar to select additional days when your class meets and/or mark out normal meeting days on which your class will not meet.
  4. Click 'Done' to update your course.

(In addition to changing the Assignment Start date and adjusting the course meeting dates, you can add or delete weeks, or move blocks of content from one week to another, by editing the Timeline.)
